All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with the order tracking details as applicable. The delivery timeline will range from 2 to 15 days depending on your location and remoteness.

The delivery times may vary with different locations. Any delivery time communicated is estimated and company is not liable for any delays.

Shipping costs

For orders with free shipping available, no shipping costs are charged. The delivery executive will not collect any shipping cost while making delivery. In case of Cash on Delivery orders with free shipping, the delivery executive will take the order amount only.

For orders where shipping costs are applicable, the amount will be added to the invoice/receipt with description shipping charges.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If there is a trouble tracking, please allow upto 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Lost/Undeliverable Orders

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that the delivery of your order may not possible. In such cases, the full order amount if already paid will be refunded in full to your original payment method within a few days of delivery failure confirmation. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, the order will be cancelled without any charges to the customer.

A new order will need to be placed after such circumstance. The company is not liable for any damages caused due to non-delivery of the order.
